寒天培地では生育しません。液体培地(指定培地からBPBを除いたもの) 0.1 - 0.2 mlで復水し、全量を 8mlの液体培地に接種して下さい。開封してすぐの培養は、静置培養でお願いします。生育には1週間程度要し生育しても濁りませんが、培地が黄色に変色することで判別できます。 Add 0.1 - 0.2 ml of liquid medium (designated medium without Bromophenol blue) when you revive the cells in the L-dryed ampoule and inoculate the entire suspension into 8 ml of liquid medium. Incubate the culture statically when reviving the cells. It takes a week to observe the groth by discolored indicator not by turbidity. |
