Comment The strain is resistant to streptomycin (10 μg/ml), isoniazid (1), rifampicin (40), ethambutol (2.5), kanamycin (20), ethionamide (20), cycloserine (30) and paraaminosalicylic acid (0.5) but sensitive to revofloxacin (1). The strain shows 100% of the 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity with the type strain of Mycobacterium septicum
