Dispense solution in vials suitable for anaerobic cultures to 50% of volume under air atmosphere. Close vials with butyl rubber septa to prevent free exchange of oxygen with the external atmosphere and autoclave. Add vitamins from a sterile anoxic stock solution prepared under N2 and carbonate form an autoclaved stock solution prepared under N2/CO2 gas mixture. The vitamin solution should be sterilized by filtration.
