Bacto Yeast Extract (Difco) 1 g   Bacto Tryptone (Difco) 1 g   NaCl 30 g   K2HPO4 0.14 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.14 g   NH4Cl 0.25 g   MgSO4·7H2O 3.4 g   MgCl2·6H2O 4.18 g   KCl 0.33 g   Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2·6H2O 0.01 g   Trace elements solution* 10 ml   Distilled water 1 L       Mix ingredients, adjust pH to 7.0 and autoclave under a N2/O2 atmosphere (95/5). Pressurize the vessels to 150 kPa with N2/O2.                   *Trace elements solution       2Na-EDTA 0.64 g       MgSO4·7H2O 6.2 g       MnSO4·4H2O 0.55 g       NaCl 1 g       FeSO4·7H2O 0.1 g       CoCl2·6H2O 0.17 g       CaCl2·2H2O 0.13 g       ZnSO4·7H2O 0.18 g       CuSO4 0.05 g       KAl(SO4)2·12H2O 0.018 g       H3BO3 0.01 g       Na2MoO4·2H2O 0.011 g       NiCl2·6H2O 0.05 g       Na2SeO3·5H2O 0.05 g     Dissolve the 2Na-EDTA in 500 ml of distilled water, and after adding the salts, make up to 1 L.
