Bacto Yeast Extract (Difco) 5 g   Hipolypepton* 5 g   Tween 80 0.025 g   Salts solution** 5 ml   Vitamin solution*** 10 ml   Trace element solution SL-10**** 1 ml   Na2S·9H2O 0.5 g   Resazurin 1 mg   Distilled water 1 L   pH 6.0       Mix ingredients except for vitamins and sulfide, and autoclave under a N2 atmosphere. Separately autoclave Na2S·9H2O solution under a N2 atmosphere. Sterilize vitamin solution by filtration.
