Composition
NaCl 20 g   Na2S2O3·5H2O 5 g   MgCl2·6H2O 3 g   MgSO4·7H2O 0.3 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.1 g   NH4Cl 0.1 g   KH2PO4 0.1 g   KCl 0.1 g   Trace element solution* 2 ml   Selenite-tungstate solution** 2 ml   Bicarbonate solution (1.0 M)*** 15-30 ml   Vitamin solution**** 2 ml   Distilled water 1 L   pH 7.0-7.2         Mix ingredients except for bicarbonate and vitamin solutions, and adjust pH to 7.0 with NaOH. Dispense the medium into suitable culture vessels, and autoclave at 121°C for 20 min. After autoclaving, aseptically add bicarbonate and vitamin solutions.
