Mix ingredients except for bicarbonate and vitamin solutions, and adjust pH to 7.0 with NaOH. Dispense the medium into suitable culture vessels, and autoclave at 121°C for 20 min. After autoclaving, aseptically add bicarbonate and vitamin solutions. Final pH is 7.0-7.2. |
