Legionella CYE Agar Base* 25 g   Marine Broth 2216** 37.4 g   α-Ketoglutarate 1 g   ACES Buffer 10 g   KOH 2.8 g   Glucose 10 g   Ferric pyrophosphate 0.25 g   L-Cysteine 1 g   Distilled water 1 L   pH around 7.5         *Oxoid Ltd., Code: CM0655     **BD Difco, Code: 279110       First mix Marine Broth 2216, α-Ketoglutarate, ACES Buffer and KOH, and finally add CYE Agar Base and mix, then autoclave. After cooling to 50℃, aseptically add separately sterilized glucose, Ferric pyrophosphate and L-Cysteine, mix well and pour plates.
