Bacto PPLO Broth (Difco) 21 g   Active horse serum 200 ml   Fresh baker's yeast extract (25% solution)* 100 ml   Distilled water 700 ml     Horse serum and yeast extract are sterilized by filtration and added to PPLO broth autoclaved and cooled.                   *Boil 250 g of dried baker's yeast suspended in 1 L of distilled water for 30 min, remove yeast cells by centrifugation, and sterilize by filtration.
