(NH4)2SO4 3 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.08 g   MgSO4·7H2O 0.25 g   KH2PO4 0.28 g   KCl 0.1 g   Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 0.01 g   Yeast extract* 0.2 g   Sulfur (powder)** 10 g   Distilled water 1 L     Adjust pH to 1.5 to 2.5 with 6 N H2SO4.                   *Yeast extract is autoclaved separately as 10% solution.                   **Sulfur is sterilized separately by autoclaving for 60 min at 105℃ on each of 3 successive days and added after inoculation.
