NaCl 18 g   MgCl2·6H2O 7 g   Bacto Yeast Extract (Difco) 1 g   Fructose (20% solution)* 50 ml   Cysteine-HCl (2% solution)* 25 ml   Na2S (2% solution)* 25 ml   NaHCO3 5 g   KCl 0.335 g   NH4Cl 0.25 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.14 g   K2HPO4 0.14 g   Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2·6H2O 0.002 g   Resazurin 0.001 g   Distilled water 900 ml     The pH is not adjusted and usually a value of 7.4.                   *Sterilize separately and add to other autoclaved ingredients.
