Composition
KH2PO4 3 g   MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.25 g   Bacto Yeast Extract (Difco) 2 g   Glucose 10 g   (NH4)2SO4 0.2 g   Distilled water 1 L     Mix ingredients except glucose and yeast extract, and adjust pH to 1.0 with 10 N H2SO4. After autoclaving, add filter-sterilized 40% glucose solution and separately autoclaved yeast extract solution.
