Composition
NH4Cl 0.5 g   KH2PO4 0.15 g   MgCl2·6H2O 0.2 g   CaCl2·2H2O 0.15 g   Yeast extract 0.5 g   Crotonic acid 0.86 g   NaHCO3 2.5 g   Cysteine-HCl 0.5 g   Na2S·9H2O 0.5 g   Trace element solution* 1 ml   Vitamin solution** 1 ml   Resazurin 1 mg   Distilled water 1 L     Mix ingredients except NaHCO3, cysteine-HCl, Na2S·9H2O and vitamin solution, and autoclave under a N2 atmosphere. Separately autoclave cysteine-HCl and Na2S·9H2O as 5% solutions under a N2 atmosphere. After adding filter-sterile NaHCO3 solution to the medium, adjust pH to 7.0.
